Robert Saftić, MSc, MD – neurosurgeon

event 03.10.2017.

Dr. Robert Saftić, a fellowship-trained and board-certified spinal neurosurgeon, is a pioneer of endoscopic spine surgery in Croatia and Southeastern Europe. Specialties include minimally invasive spinal surgery with the philosophy of choosing the least invasive and most effective methods of treating spinal diseases and diagnosing and treating back pain and sciatica caused by disc degeneration.

Dr. Saftić is an internationally recognized expert in the field of laser, METRx microendoscopic and endoscopic spine neurosurgery, as shown by memberships in leading world associations, regular invitations to leading congresses of minimally invasive spine surgery, and publications of professional articles in reference medical journals.

Patients who have been told that there is no surgical solution to their problem, and those who have refused fusion or artificial disc surgery, most often opt for the procedures and procedures performed by Dr. Saftić, which minimize damage to the surrounding structures of the spine by combining percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD), selective endoscopic discectomy (SED), differentiated evocative discography, intradiscal therapy, intraforaminal infiltration, and sympathetic blockade.

Robert Saftić, MSc, MD is also a regular speaker at the largest and leading congresses of minimally invasive spine surgery and often in their organizing committees. To mention just a few:
